Signature Upon Delivery (Optional Service)
As a small business, we’ve seen an increase in situations where packages show as “delivered” but customers report them missing — often due to porch piracy. Unfortunately, once a carrier confirms delivery, we are not able to provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.

To help minimize this risk, we now offer an optional Signature Upon Delivery service. When selected, your package will only be released once someone at your address signs for it, ensuring it’s placed directly in safe hands.

This service is not mandatory, but highly recommended if you’ve experienced lost packages in the past. Please choose the signature request option that matches your preferred shipping method.

For extra peace of mind, we also encourage adding Route Protection to your order, which allows you to file a claim directly with them in the event of loss, theft, or damage.
