What's my order status?

If you have an account, you can log in and view order status and tracking updates. It typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship. If you need further assistance, please email us at hello@wholifeco.com.

 

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel any order after it has been placed.

 

Address Mistakes

If the order has not shipped

We understand that mistakes happen when placing online orders. Please double check your shipping address during checkout and when you receive the order confirmation. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will try our best to intercept the order before it is shipped and make the change to your address, free of charge. Any address changes may delay the shipment of your order.

 

If the order has shipped

If the package has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address. You can call your post office and request to pick up your package at their direction.

 

If we noticed a mistake in the address

Occasionally our shipping software will detect address mistakes. If that happens, we will pull your order and email you a request to update your address. If you do not respond to our request after 15 days, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.

 

If the package gets returned to us for insufficient address

We will reach out to you for the correct address and a new shipping invoice. 

 

Can I exchange or return my order?

We are not set up for exchanges. We are currently set up for self-returns (on your customer account page). Please email us at hello@wholifeco.com for any question or concern. All returns will be processed following our return policy.

 

Why is my order not being delivered in the time estimated?

Shipping estimates are provided by USPS or UPS. We do not have any control on their service or delivery process. Sorry for the inconvenience and please be patient!

 

My order says delivered, but it is not here. What should I do?

If your order status shows as delivered but you have not received it, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check with Neighbors or Household Members: Sometimes, packages are left with a neighbor or someone else at your address.

  2. Look Around Your Property: Check all potential drop-off locations around your home, such as porches, side doors, backyards, or garages.

  3. Verify Delivery Address: Ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is correct.

  4. Wait a Little Longer: Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please wait 24-48 hours to see if the package arrives.

If you still cannot locate your package after it is marked delivered, please file a police report for porch piracy, then a claim with the post office or contact our customer service team with your order number and police report case number for us to activate the insurance and request a refund. Please be aware that there will not be any insurance claim without a case number.

 

Keep in mind that we cannot reimburse you for lost, stolen, wrong address package, the post office will be depending on the outcome of the claim. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the shipping carrier's hands. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We do not issue refunds for missing, stolen, or wrong address packages.

 My order is wrong. What to do?

We’re so sorry to hear that your order is incorrect or missing something, and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused if true. To resolve this quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@wholifeco.com with your concern, a copy of your order shipping slip, and a picture of what you received.

Please note that all orders are packed in a secure room monitored by CCTV, allowing us to review the footage to ensure accuracy. We will carefully review your case and get back to you within 48 to 72 hours. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to make this right!
