I bought two packages, and I’m SO glad because I wanted black tea with ginger added and adding peach to it was perfect. It’s delicious hot and iced, and I can’t wait to add it to my baking and cocktails.
Plus, WholeLifeCo has amazing customer service, I never had to wonder where/when my package was shipped or delivered, and the tea was beautifully and securely packaged. No crushed container, everything perfectly intact and wrapped. I will be back!

It took me awhile of drinking it over the last few weeks before I writing a review.
This is a wonderful tea to add to your regimen for keeping inflammation down. Obviously, you shouldn't drink it expecting magic potion results cuz then you'd be doing yourself and herbalism itself a disservice.
When purchasing this tea, do so with maintenance in mind.
I have a few autoimmune conditions that reducing inflammation overall helps a lot with. And adding a few cups of this to my regular tea consumption has made a NOTABLE difference.
I highly recommended it for people who are already big tea drinkers because as with any chronic illness, it's difficult to keep adding to our selfcare routines just to keep our symptoms under control.
And even if you don't have any chronic illnesses, every body can benefit from keeping inflammation down because it's a common root in so many minor ailments as well.

I tried the zen puff as a tea before bed and it had me relaxed. I got some of the best sleep without the drowsy feeling the next morning.

I have a caffeine sensitivity so I’m extra careful about what I ingest for energy. This tea not only TASTES delicious, it has kept me alert and aware all morning as I navigate work meetings! I’ll definitely be adding this to my morning routine!

Be advised; if you were never a "herbal supplement girly", then the scent of the tea blend itself will take some getting used to. But trust me when I say that your cuppa will taste so good. It tastes like sleep. I dunno how else to describe it. I put a bit of honey in mine because I've got my dad's sweet tooth growing in late in life because normally I don't sweeten my tea at all and this would be no exception.

I always knew that tea has caffeine but I never believed that tea could have enough to make a noticeable impact.

I used yoni oil when I was struggling with chronic yeast infections, and it alleviated the painful itching immediately. Regular use keeps my skin so soft, and I have noticed that waxing is even less painful.
