Yohimbine or Yohimbe is traditionally used for erectile dysfunction but has undergone resurgence nowadays for its use as an aphrodisiac and weight loss benefits.  It has been known to help erectile dysfunction (ED), low sex drive in women. It is mainly used in West Africa .

You can make tea or tincture with it. 

Do not take if pregnant, nursing, you have history of heart diseases, seizures , or blood pressure.
