Be advised; if you were never a "herbal supplement girly", then the scent of the tea blend itself will take some getting used to. But trust me when I say that your cuppa will taste so good. It tastes like sleep. I dunno how else to describe it. I put a bit of honey in mine because I've got my dad's sweet tooth growing in late in life because normally I don't sweeten my tea at all and this would be no exception.

I'm a former caffeine addict. I was huge on coffee and energy drinks. But these days I'm tryna be kind and loving to my body and only give her what makes her feel good and happy.
I always knew that tea has caffeine but I never believed that tea could have enough to make a noticeable impact.

It definitely lives up to it’s name. Taste exactly how it’s described. Every sip loves you with a warm cozy feeling that relaxes you. My Granny’s eyes widened when on the first sip. Will be buying again
